Press release: The impacts on Cambodian citizens and civilian areas caused by Thailand’s aggression from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm on 13 December 2025

On 13 December 2025, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release on the impacts on Cambodian citizens and civilian areas caused by Thai aggression, covering the period from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM on that day. The ministry reported that during this period, the total casualties remained at 11 killed and 59 injured. The total number of displaced people increased to 112,648 families, or 379,047 individuals, across seven provinces. Civilian infrastructure continued to suffer heavy damage, including a second attack by F-16 aircraft on the Chey Chumneas Bridge in Pursat province, resulting in its destruction. The Ministry reiterated its full support for the national defense
